Battlefleet Star Wars 3D Print Model - Rebels vs Empire

Engage in thrilling tabletop battles with this Battlefleet Star Wars 3D model! This set includes ships from both the Rebel Alliance and the Galactic Empire, allowing you to recreate iconic battles from the Star Wars universe.

This model is a remix of chemteacher628's BattleFleet version, combined with yanew's parametric toolbox design, and includes additional ships. The sturdy design is intended to withstand the rigors of gameplay.

The set includes a printable box with a hinged lid for easy storage and transport. The box, letter and number plates, and pins are designed to be printed in PLA (no supports needed), while the figures and hinges require supports and are best printed with a material like ColorFabb's nGen. Assembly requires superglue gel and 6 x M3x35mm screws, washers, and safety nuts for the box and latch mechanism.

The V2 case files feature a thinner top lid and improved hinges that can be attached with 10 x M3x5 socket Cap Screws.

Steps to print and assemble:

Download the STL files.

Print the parts (PLA for box, nGen or similar for ships & hinges).

Print supports for the figures and hinges.

Assemble the ships and box.

Glue the pieces together (superglue gel).

Attach the box hinges and latch mechanism with M3 screws, washers, and safety nuts.
